Carolina Beach Movers

HI!

Getting to Carolina Beach means crossing Snow’s Cut, and our trucks make that run constantly. Once you’re over the bridge onto Pleasure Island, the moves split into two kinds: vacation condos near the boardwalk and the lake, and the homes of folks who finally retired to the coast for good. We handle both, and we adjust the crew to fit.

Ready to lock in a date? Start with Wilmington, NC movers, covering every corner of New Hanover County.

The condo work down here looks a lot like the beach: limited parking near the boardwalk, elevator buildings that need a reserved window, and a fair amount of seasonal turnover where a unit is furnished one month and bare the next. For our retiree customers, the pace is different. We slow down, label by room, and take the time to set things where they actually want them. Our crew chief Luis has walked plenty of new arrivals through their first coastal move, and patience is part of the job.

A one-bedroom condo near the boardwalk typically lands around $369, and a two-bedroom runs around $579 flat, truck and pads included. We quote one written flat rate, not a meter that keeps ticking. Tell us your address on the island and your timeline and we’ll send a number you can hold us to.

⭐ Carolina Beach REVIEWS ⭐

★★★★★ “We were dreading the haul up three flights at the beach, but these guys knocked it out before lunch. Wrote the price down, stuck to it, and wrapped my surfboards without me even asking.”
— Brad Eason, Wrightsville Beach (Google)
★★★★★ “Moved us from Leland over to Ogden and the whole thing felt easy. Reggie called the morning of to confirm, the crew padded every doorway, and the bill matched the estimate to the dollar.”
— Latoya Simmons, Leland (Google)
★★★★★ “Retired up north and finally made the jump to the coast. The movers were patient with an old man who kept changing his mind about where the couch went. Not a scratch on anything.”
— Gene Pawlak, Carolina Beach (Yelp)

❓ FAQ ❓

Q: Do you cross Snow's Cut for moves onto Carolina Beach?

A: Every week. The Snow's Cut bridge is the only road link onto Pleasure Island, and our base is a short run up Carolina Beach Road, so the drive is routine for us. The crossing is already built into the flat rate we quote, with no extra island surcharge.

Q: Can you move a furnished vacation condo near the boardwalk?

A: Yes, and we do a lot of it. Boardwalk-area condos turn over often, so we're used to wrapping rental furniture, handling elevator buildings, and working around limited street parking near the beachfront. Give us the building name when you book so we can set up an elevator window and a loading spot ahead of time.

Q: I'm a retiree moving into Carolina Beach. Can you take it slow?

A: Absolutely. A good share of our island customers are settling in after years up north, and there's no rush meter pushing us. Our crew labels cartons by room and sets your furniture where you want it, and crew chief Luis is happy to walk you through the plan before anything moves.
