In plain English: Use this site to learn about us and request a moving quote. A quote is an estimate based on the information you give us; your actual move is governed by the written service agreement we both sign. A $99 deposit holds your date, and we carry the licensing and insurance to back our work.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the American Pro Movers website and your request for moving services in Wilmington, North Carolina and the Cape Fear region. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes provided through this website or by email are based on the details you give us, such as home size, ZIP codes, and access notes. We provide one written flat-rate quote per move. If the actual conditions on move day differ materially from what you described — for example, additional items or undisclosed stairs — we will discuss any adjustment with you before proceeding. A $99 deposit reserves your date and applies to your final bill.

Our services

American Pro Movers is a licensed, bonded, and insured moving company operating under NCUC household-goods authority and federal USDOT/MC authority. We perform moves with our own trucks and our own employees. Released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound is included, with full-value protection available. Certain items, including hazardous materials, cannot be transported.
